9.0The hotel is amazing, great room, good bed, good shower, great view, amazing breakfast, hiking trails nearby. We stayed during the low season and were the only ones there for 4 days including the weekend, almost like an exclusive escape. One day during the breakfast we were able to experience whale watching, so make sure to bring your binoculars.
− We informed the hotel in advance that we would be checking out very early and would therefore miss breakfast. Since it was low season, we asked whether it might be possible to arrive a little earlier than the official check-in time, as we had an appointment nearby 30min before the allowed time to check and hoped to shower and get ready. We arrived around 1.5 hours early, and the first thing we were told was, “Check-in is not now, as I said before.” I completely understand that early check-in cannot always be guaranteed, but the way this was communicated felt unnecessarily unfriendly and caught me off guard. We were also unsure whether we should leave our luggage at reception or take everything with us to the appointment. In the end, the receptionist kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated and considered a very thoughtful gesture. Unfortunately, the initial interaction still made the experience less welcoming than it could have been.

− A única coisa que ficamos chateados foi a questão do check-aut , estávamos na praia , iríamos passar para almoçar , atrasaríamos uns 20 ,30 min , mais eles cobram 100$ a cada 1 hora
