Lovely quiet location close to Wynyard Hall and woodland trails
8.0Lovely quiet location surrounded by beautiful scenery and lovely walks. 5 mins by car from Wynyard Hall where we attended a family wedding. Owners very kindly provided provisions, bubbly and chocs, thankyou so much Andy and Helen

It was clean and they provided bonus biscuits bread and prosecco all which were very welcome. What a shame we couldn’t s
4.0The location was great - 30 mins south of Durham so we could target a uni open day the next day.
− The double bed was tiny. Possibly a small double? The mattresses and sofas were all so hard and uncomfortable we sat on the floor and didn’t get much sleep in the bed. There were 3 adult sized people staying only 2 towels were supplied. This had been mentioned on a previous review so I’d assumed they would be on it by now and realise each person needs a towel after a shower at least.
