Bad reception. But nice place beautiful place.

− I had done an online booking reservation for my stay on “bookings.com” and wanted to pay in person but they continued to debit on my account bridging an agreement/choice of payment and the reference was “Cape Town” all without my consent. Receptionist was 90% on her phone, I mostly had to read between the lines as to what to do next without her speaking much with instructions and good reception. I wanted to pay for breakfast because I had not initially not included it on my stay,but due to her attitude I decided to have breakfast elsewhere due to her answers when I asked about procedure to pay for breakfast separate.

9.0The rooms were clean and we were allowed to book in earlier as we were travelling. It was the 1st time at the establishment for certain family members and they were extremely satisfied.

The stay was not nice at all.

− Old furniture, drinking water offered in glass bucket. There do not offer bottled water and one wonders how long the has been standing there. The place is overpriced just for literally sleeping and taking a shower and the area is noisy. You hear your neighbor playing music and the worst hearing them snoring and weird night animals roaring and wailing.
