10.0Location , staff , interior , my suite , cleaning staff , restaurant delivers to room - everything was 10/10 - I came to this hotel for 2 weeks , I stayed 1,5 month - i felt so well taken care of and safe here - I absolutely love this place in every aspect - also strategically placed so you can walk everywhere - outside there’s a restaurant , a supermarket , a spa down the road , malls , everything is walking distance - this is the place to stay in Addis
Nice but there is no amenity and baby friendly service.

− Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike about the Row Residential Hotel Apartment, but if I had to point out something, it would be that the location can feel a bit busy at times, which might not suit guests looking for complete quiet. Depending on the season, the demand for rooms can also make availability a challenge. These are minor points compared to the overall excellent experience, but they’re worth noting for balance.
