A localização é muito boa, perto dos grandes mercados.

− No apartamento que fiquei fica próximo de uma rua, onde os motoristas e motocicletas fazem muito barulho de buzina e descarga de moto. Mas não é uma coisa que o condomínio tenha como resolver, são pessoas sem bom censo.

Tranquilo. Apesar de um dos banheiros estar quase inoperante, conseguimos nos hospedar bem.

Super acessível. A proprietária me disponibilizou o AP mais cedo do que o horário padrão para check in.

− Um dos banheiros estava sem luz e com chuveiro queimado (água fria). Além disso, senti falta de uma máquina de lavar roupas.

− Camas de péssima qualidade, ar condicionado não funcionava ( só ventilava), dizia ter máquina de lavar maus não possuía, sofá da sala de péssima qualidade( velho não oferecendo conforto)
