Lovely modern spacious villa close to El Sauzal
10.0Really lovely modern very spacious villa with small pool and terrace/garden. Everything was very new and there were 2 en-suites with separate bathroom for the 3rd bedroom. Really lovely showers in each bathroom. We went there specifically for the Three Kings celebrations in the town (amazing!) and it was about a 25 min walk uphill to the edge of the town El Sauzal which was fine for us. Lots of shops and restaurants in the town but we cooked and ate in the villa each night. Facilities for cooking were excellent with a lovely large dining room table. Lots of places to visit a short drive away too. We didn’t pay for pool heating and our youngest daughter still used the pool and dried off in the sun on the pool loungers (January). We used the outdoor BBQ - everything we needed was all there even including matches. The washing machine was very welcome and there were even 2x airers to dry clothes out in the sun. Noelia has thought of everything, she sent us lots of information beforehand. Access was super easy. Thank you Noelia x
− Trying hard to think of something! I guess in Summer the bedroom that didn’t have aircon could get a bit stuffy. When we were there in Jan it was 22-24deg and the nights were cooler so with the en-suite bathroom window open it really wasn’t a problem for us at all

The heated pool has an extra cost of €40 per day, you must notify in advance to proceed with the payment.
To activate it it must be done remotely by the host.
Important, the water takes time to heat up since there are many liters of water, it takes hours and this is normal. The maximum temperature is 29 degrees.
The request for a crib must be made prior to arrival and has an extra cost of €40 during the stay.
It is required by local authorities to complete the fast check-in before the guest arrives and send a photograph of the identity document to verify that the information is correct. Keys cannot be handed over if the guest has not completed the fast check-in and has not provided their identification document.
