10.0La struttura è accogliente, pulita e rifinita. Le camere sono grandi, i letti comodi e bagni ristrutturati e ben arredati. Posto tranquillo a pochi metri dalla strada principale. Il proprietario della struttura, il signor Luigi e la moglie sono due persone squisite, gentili, corrette e disponibilissimi. Sicuramente lo consiglio vivamente a chi necessita di sostare sia per pochi gg oppure per periodi più lunghi. Appena possibile, ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie ancora ai proprietari e complimenti per l’ottima gestione.

7.0Badezimmer Top, Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Wir konnten unser Auto im Hof parken, worüber wir sehr froh waren. Luigi hat uns freundlich empfangen, wir hatten leider ein Sprachproblem, eine Übersetztungs App hat uns aber deutlich weiter geholfen.
− Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, ist die Lage der Unterkunft, hätten wir gewusst wie es dort in der Umgebung aussieht, hätten wir diese Unterkunft nicht gebucht.

House Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Check-out Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 AM Breakfast time is from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM You must choose a time to be communicated the evening before within this time slot To allow for the remaking of the beds You must vacate the room by 10:00 AM If you do not vacate you are not entitled to the remaking of the beds (the sheets are changed after 3 days of stay) and to the change of towels (one day yes and one day no) We have two WiFi stations, one is called "Devices" and its password is. "8na7vcu8" another is called "Eolo" and his password is "Palmetella". The most important thing to remember is that only people who have booked and are properly registered can access the facility. Unauthorized guests are not allowed inside. This facility recycles waste. Please ask the facility staff where to put your waste in the various recycling bins. Meals or snacks cannot be consumed inside the rooms for hygiene reasons. This is to prevent the presence of insects during the summer season. To have lunch or snacks you have to use either the private terraces of the suites (if you have booked one of the two suites) or you have to go to the areas specifically set up in the garden under the gazebos, or in the common room on the ground floor.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
