− Номер был иной. Хозяин отменил бронирование, когда мы были в самолете. Поздний заезд оговаривался заранее. В итоге пришлось остаться в неприятной комнате без удобств и кондиционера
Больше не буду останавливаться здесь.
3.0Трансфер.
− В 22 часа уже не было воды, был сломан( тек) шланг от душа. Был заказан номер с завтраком, а по факту выяснилось, что никто и не собирался кормить. Рекламный ход(
Buona soluzione di appoggio, ma indirizzo da correggere
8.0Ho prenotato questa struttura come appoggio tra un volo e l’altro, chiedendo la possibilità di effettuare il check-in in mattinata e il check-out in serata nello stesso giorno. La richiesta è stata accettata e questo per me è stato molto comodo. Anche se la camera è stata pronta circa un’ora dopo l’orario concordato, lo staff è stato molto gentile: ci hanno fatto accomodare nell’attesa e ci hanno offerto tè e caffè. Ho apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità del titolare, che ci è venuto incontro personalmente quando abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare la struttura. La camera era diversa da quella mostrata nelle foto, ma nel complesso l’ho trovata decente e confortevole. I mobili sembravano nuovi, il materasso era comodo, le lenzuola pulite, c’erano due set di asciugamani, dental kit e ciabattine di cortesia. Presenti anche divano, TV, bollitore con bustine di tè, aria condizionata, bagno privato e Wi-Fi molto veloce. La struttura presenta qualche lacuna nelle rifiniture, ma rispetto ad altri edifici della zona mi è sembrata comunque una buona sistemazione. Sono rimasto soddisfatto: non ho avuto brutte sorprese e non ci sono stati costi extra nascosti.
− Il problema principale è stato trovare l’alloggio. L’indirizzo indicato su Booking.com non corrispondeva alla posizione corretta e anche due indirizzi presenti su Google Maps risultavano errati. Solo successivamente ho scoperto che l’indirizzo esatto era disponibile su Yandex. Questo ha creato un po’ di disagio, soprattutto arrivando con un taxi e dovendo raggiungere la struttura senza indicazioni precise. Fortunatamente il tassista è riuscito a contattare il titolare, che è stato disponibile e ci è venuto incontro personalmente. Sarebbe però importante aggiornare l’indirizzo su Booking.com e sulle mappe, perché per gli ospiti stranieri può diventare complicato trovare l’alloggio.
