9.0Quite close to the city center, 10 min max and it’s a pleasure to walk along the river. We find the place to be quiet. Nice parking area. Clean, with everything you need. We also enjoyed the small area arranged outside of the apartament.
− Unfortunately, the air conditioning is only in the living room, so the bedroom gets quite hot, even though we keep the curtains closed during the day.
Perfektné ubytovanie, komunikácia ubytovataľa pred aj počas pobytu neustále. Či sa často nestáva.

− Nu era curat peste tot,praf,canapea cu pete,praf pe lustre,musculite si paianjen in colturi,geamuri murdare.Fierul de calcat murdar nu puteai sa calci,masina de spalat usa era rupta nu l-am folosit,pahare ciupite o singura cana.Aerul conditionat rupt...curgea apa din el.Imi pare rau pentru ca Oradea este superba si curata si nu ma asteptam sa gasesc asa neglijenta la curatenie.Sa se ocupe cineva mai in amanunt ca pierdeti clienti asa.Utilat apartamentul nu am ce zice dar erau defecte foarte multe aparate.Prajitorul de paine ruginit filtru de cafea murdar de la ceilalti cazati.
