Een prachtig appartement op een toplocatie, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
8.0De locatie was top! Het strand ligt op ongeveer 7 minuten loopafstand. Er zijn ook een bakker en een supermarkt in de buurt, dus alles is gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Het appartement is ruim, met een grote slaapkamer, en alles was schoon. Ook de badkamer en het toilet waren netjes. De buurt is heerlijk rustig, zowel overdag als 's avonds, waardoor je er heerlijk kunt slapen. Maurice was ontzettend gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij is echt een geweldige host en zorgt ervoor dat je je meteen welkom voelt. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan en komen de volgende keer graag weer terug!

9.0Mooi appartement, prachtig uitzicht, zowel vanuit eigen verblijf als vanop het dakterras. Zeer bereikbare gastheer, behulpzaam, leuke tips. Warme ontvangst met water en fruit. Een klein half uurtje wandelen van het centrum van Mindelo, in een buurt die in volle opmars (opbouw) is.

10.0The apartment was exactly as pictured, very well located, bright, quiet, very clean, and with all the comforts. I had a very bad experience with another apartment listed on Booking.com on the same street. Here, the owner was kind, attentive, and truly wonderful; I highly recommend it.

9.0Appartement neuf, très beau avec belle vue sur l'océan et bien équipé
− Il n’y a aucune prise dans la cuisine, alors qu’elle possède de nombreux appareils électriques, on a été obligé de brancher le grille pain sur le balcon, on pense d’ailleurs que c’est pour cela ́qu’il n’y a qu’une cafetière italienne!

10.0Appartement très bien situé, très propre, moderne, très agréable, seul petit bémol volet roulant bloqué dans une chambre, heureusement nous avions des caches oeils, le propriétaire attend le réparateur.
