De locatie was perfect voor ons, En het huisje was schoon en nieuw

− Geen wifi, kleine en smalle bedden, een douche die alleen heet water gaf. Personeel niet te bereiken naar 18 uur. Geen privacy, staancaravans staan kort op elkaar zonder (groene) afscheiding op een verder volledig kaal terrein

Beautiful modern caravan , excellent location

Very modern nice looking caravan with everything needed , comfortable beds, double bed big enough and having an on suite was great convenience. Kitchen well equipped, big fridge with freezer .Great location , 5 minute walk from lagoon, 15 minute walk from Pagham beach, 1 minute walk from Nica shop, swimming pool, kids playground and fun activities.

− No bins provided , shower a bit difficult to adjust temperature of water and changed very quickly from very hot to very cold (hazard of burning as hot water was very very hot )

A comfortable, well equipped caravan with two toilets in a great location. In easy distance to all the park amenities, a beautiful beach, nature reserve and local shops. The grandkids had a great time. We contacted the host and we're lucky enough to book an extra night.
