− The name SUGGESTS Bed & BREAKFAST... only learnt upon arrival that breakfast was no longer included in price & would be extra. Disappointing. Huge bathroom, but no shower, only a big fancy bath which i dared not use as I wouldn't be able to get out of it without assistance. Only one bath towel on our bed for 2 of us. Had to use from our camping stock.
Not bad though the place need internal improvement more especially processes and infrastructure.
4.0Breakfast was not offered. The Attendant was friendly and receptive.
− the manual opening of the gate kind of restricted my planned movements. The check in process is also manual which caused a bit of delay. The towels and linen were too old and the toilet roll found was previously used.
Great place for couples to spend a vacation weekend.
9.0I booked this place mainly to check out the "luxury-vintage" bathtub in the executive room and the jacuzzi-bathtub in the DeLuxe-Queens room. And both rooms were not disappointing. Everything worked fine. I also found a workplace for my laptop. Internet was flawless in the whole place. The access to the large kitchen with all the usual tools etc. is a great advantage too. Last but not least there is an operational large swimming pool available for having fun.
− Nothing serious, yet there is always room for some improvement. Full report about details was given to the owner. Room pricing was a little bit on the high side for the Francistown market.
