− La manière dont c’est comporter le personnel avec nous et la manière dont la Propriétaire vous parle. Je suis arrivé pour deux jours, on m’a demandé mon paiement le dernier soir. J’ai demandé à vérifier si je n’avais pas payé et on m’a tout de suite traité comme un voleur comme quelqu’un qui se refusait de payer. Mon ami qui a eu peur du scandale m’a raconté le lendemain qu’un des Gardien nous avait carrément menacé en swahili. Je trouve cela plutôt déplaisant et fort désagréable. La patronne devrait prendre des cours d’éducation ainsi que son personnel quoi si 2 je dois être tout à fait honnête, pas tout le monde car beaucoup de personnes ont été adorable

10.0Мне понравился сам Кэмп : мы жили и в базовой палатке, и в премиум . Обе интересные, очень стильный дизайн . Базовая палатка больше похожа на походную , но там абсолютно все удобства и уют . А премиум - это уже ближе к настроязей Вилле , душ на улице , терраса , большая площадь . Есть ощущение , что живешь в живой природе , пение птиц и звуки насекомых , ночью очень свежий воздух . Спали отлично ! Полный пансион - вкусный, еда европейская. В отеле нам дали сафари , которое оказалось очень комфортным , интересным. Для себя решила , что такой формат мне подходит больше, чем экскурсия , так как можно планировать количество сафари и жить в красивом месте . Вечером сидели у костра , это тоже очень приятно.
− Перебои с вайфай, горячая вода приходит поздно, по некоторым вопросам персонал не в курсе между собой, но всегда решали в пользу туриста

10.0We loved our stay at Olkinyei Mara Tented Camp, from the initial booking all the way through to our checkout. Andrea was incredibly professional, answered all our questions, and perfectly booked our transportation and game drives. The transportation from Nairobi with our driver, Kennedy, was very smooth, and we felt completely safe. Our accommodation was very clean and exactly what we were looking for, the food was excellent, and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. We booked two game drives and were thrilled with our driver and guide, Dominik. He made our safari very special; he is very knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. We are absolutely grateful he stayed with us for both game drives. We did one full-day drive, and on the other day, we went out in the morning and evening, visiting a local village during the lunch break. Thanks to Dominik, we saw the Big Five and more! We were very happy we made a good choice and will recommend this camp to everyone. Thank you all for making our stay special.
