La ubicación y la cercanía a los puntos de interés, la presentación y servicios que ofrece la casa como el centro de lavado y la aromatización de la misma
− Lo único y no es como molestia es que el cuarto pa salir al baño tiene que pasar por otro, es perfecto por si se quedan niños y estar al pendiente de ellos, fuera de todo eso excelente casa volvería a rentarla
