6.0First room was good 2nd bad condition stuff really but night staff was bad didn't understand my situation and went happy I was going outside alone due die to health n anxity

7.0Staff welcoming on arrival, easy check in. Beds were clean and clean towels provided.
− Unpleasant smell in reception and hallway to the room. Bath was stained, could do with a revamp and attention to detail in decorating.

5.0Location was good and close to pub for meals, plenty of parking available.
− We were on 3rd floor, 6 flights of stairs and with a dog not ideal, also room was very hot even with fan provided so difficulty sleeping.
I enjoyed my stay as I always do, the staff are very nice and friendly and efficient
