− No one there to meet no comunication from property didnt know what caravan i was in no beds made up no wifi no hairdryer no iron no welcome pack either not whst was advertised would not stay again
Very stressful. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
1.0Nothing as the negatives of the accommodation were so extreme there is nothing to like about the place.
− Arrived 2pm when arrival time advised from 1pm onwards. There was no one at the main house what we considered was the Reception, it was not marked reception. Phoned the number we had and another that was on the window (total of 7 times) with no reply. Found a van with TV going, knocked on van door with no response, waited back on house porch. A man from neighbouring business went past. Asked if he knew anything about the van park, response was the man /manager had been gone for a while. Knocked on same van door again and this time a response. He havent been able get hold of the manager for a while but had keys to all the Van's. On producing the booking.com receipt he let us in a van ahead of his friend as we had evidence of paying. There was no gas (bottle empty) so we were unable to cook meals. I have emailed to give them an opportunity to explain and compensate with no response so am sharing through this site.
