8.0スタッフの対応がよく食事も美味しかった。大浴場の設備もよくゆっくり入浴できた。ルームキーが2人分あれば入浴の時間差があってもそれぞれが気にせずに入浴できたと思う。

10.0施設のスタッフの方々はとても丁寧で親切でした。和室の部屋は風呂やトイレなどなど、ところどころで老朽化も感じました。あいにく、喫煙室の利用になってしまったのですが、和室にも関わらず、臭いなどはほとんど気にならなかったです。

8.0チェックイン時刻前にプールを利用したくて受付で呼び鈴を鳴らすと、係の方の対応が少し面倒そうなのが残念でした。チェックインの時はそのような対応ではなかったのですが··· 館内の共有スペースは新しくて綺麗でした。 客室は古いですが、綺麗にしてくださっていると感じました。

8.0素泊まりプランでしたが、夕食をお願いしたく連絡したところ、当日17時までに連絡すれば、レストランがいっぱいだから、お部屋にお待ちしますとの事で、歩き回って疲れた身体には本当に助かりました 鯨のコース料理はレストランでないとダメとの事でちょっと残念でしたが、アラカルトからは選ぶことが出来たので良かったです。 事前にメニューをお送り頂いたり、丁寧に対応して頂き感謝致します。

The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
