− Alle skilte og informationer var kun på tysk. Personalet var heller ikke så god til engelsk så det var svært at kommunikere.

− Leider bekamen wir unsere Tageskarten nicht über WhatsApp zugeschickt. Ich sollte meine Telefonnummer gelöscht haben. Aber an der Rezeption wurde das Problem schnell gelöst. Danke
