A slice of Heaven

We had the most wonderful time in this incredible house! Kathleen was so lovely to deal with, and we felt right at home. The photos do not do this house justice, the views are just out of this world! Waking up and looking at the sea only a few yards away was just incredible, and having a wee beach just down the road was amazing. Such a good central base for exploring Donegal. We hated having to leave but we will definitely be back soon! Thank you for the best stay!

Family trip to Cruit

What a gem of a place. Views are beautiful from many areas of the house inside and out. It's the first house you see to the left crossing bridge, so it's extremely easy to get to - don't trust Google! A stroll down to the beach/ walk around the rocks. Low tide allows for swimming near the bridge before the strong currents. Also, young people enjoy jumping off pedestrian bridge. The house has everything you need and plenty of space for us, a family of 5 plus a dog! Being from NI we knew weather not guaranteed so delighted to get two dry days out of 3 night stay enabled a beach day! The island small but beautiful.

A stunning stay on Cruit Island

We had a fabulous few days on Cruit Island. A great location to explore Donegal, the Wild Atlantic Way and the gorgeous beaches in the area. Beautiful views from the house which had everything we needed. The island itself is stunning and just 10 min drive from Dungloe. We'll be back!

The house is located on cruut island, with the most beautiful views of the sea and mountains. It's a roomy bungalow which has everything you could need for a break away. Close to the most stunning golf course and a short drive to a couple of excellent restaurants. Lots of lovely little coves for swimming. Photos don't do the house justice.

− There was nothing we didn't like. Five days of peace and tranquility, and didn't want to leave.
