10.0房间离车站很近，上威尼斯岛非常方便，附近也有几家餐厅。房间和公共区域干净整洁且温馨，设施完善，有冰箱和空调，还提供一瓶冰水，晚上安静安全，退房可付少许费用寄存行李，很方便让人放心。房东干净利落，会仔细交代入住事项等，非常贴心，下次来威尼斯还会选择这里的～

8.0地理位置非常方便，离火车站很近
− 要去二层没有电梯，不过房东丈夫帮我们搬了箱子，非常感谢，就是下来有些困难。淋雨的地方太太太小了
