4.0Die Lage ist toll. Außerhalb und ruhig, aber nah an der Stadt. Das Bett war groß (vor allem für britische Verhältnisse) und bequem. Die Ausstattung war im Grunde sehr gut.
− Leider wirkt alles vernachlässigt, was eine Schande ist, weil es fast perfekt sein könnte. Sauberkeit wird eher kleingeschrieben. Manche Ausstattung war nicht benutzbar, weil zu dreckig oder kaputt. Der Eimer (draußen) für den Küchenabfall lief schon bei Ankunft über und überhaupt war die Ecke für die Mülltonnen eher ekelhaft. Um die Treppe zum Eingang benutzen zu können, mussten wir erst den Zugang - u.a. von stacheligen Brombeeren - freischneiden.

Not having a garden and BBQ was a gross misrepresentation of what had been adver - hugely disappointing.
3.0Location and bathroom.
− The property was advertised as having a garden, BBQ/firepit, outside furniture and hammock. All of these had been taken away and the grass was like a hay field meaning we didn’t have the garden space and facilities as advertised. The balcony was unswept. The bushes (brambles in places) around the property were very overgrown making it difficult going up and down the stairs. The plant had grown over the hand rail which was a safety risk - as you couldn’t use it. Despite previous customers suggesting a small table next to the sofa this hadn’t been taken on board.
