Cosy and so comfortable. Two bedrooms and a washing machine is a treat for small families! The flat is very close to the Putney Highstreet full of restaurant and shops. There is a bus 22 to take you directly to Piccadilly Circus and best of all, two steps away is a lovely walk along the Thames. It's a quiet neighbourhood close to the river and yet easy to get to the centre. Highly recommended!

− A lamp for the desk would have been convenient but everything was so thoughtful otherwise! Highly recommended.

A lovely, cosy flat with all the amenities you need. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. We felt safe walking around the area. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The walk to the underground station is a bit long (around 20 minutes) but you can take the route by the river and enjoy the views. Overall, we had a great stay and very much enjoyed the flat and location.

− There is no AC and it gets very hot inside during the day

Location was great.quiet street. Close to the Thames for a walk past the rowing clubs. 15-20 minute walk to Putney Bridge underground

− My experience of communication with the host was poor. Sent a message 4 months before the trip through Booking.Com and had no response. On the day of arrival I messaged to say we might be an hour early would that be ok.. No response.. Arrived at property 2.40 supposed to be 3pm... Bedding/towels on sofa. No beds made up. Left bags and went out. Came back in the evening.. Beds made up etc... TV remote didn't work. Small dining table wobbling enough that you couldn't put anything on it. No windows that could be safely left open overnight(2 sash windows in flat opening on to the street). Couldn't lock the kitchen sash window due to top window dropped.. Not comfortable for two females.Flat very very warm with lots of glass and no ventilation. In hot weather it's like a greenhouse. Bathroom drains smelling. Were told toiletries included... One bottle empty one virtually empty.. One bedroom is extremely noisy due to staircase for upstairs flat encroaches into room. Very noisy residents. Bathroom to adjoining accommodation next to this bedroom..extractor fan noise very loud at 5am. Flooring not in good state of repair. Very dusty behind tv. Dirt and hairs on shower tray. walls are paper thin. I would suggest to the host to not tuck the long curtain behind the fridge as it gets very hot and could be a fire hazard. Light fitting in the kitchen not fitted properly.. Smoke alarm in one bedroom has no cover on it

Overal it is a lovely flat. Location perfect.

Le bien est très bien situé

− Logement très décevant, gros manque d’entretien Très mauvaise expérience dans ce logement. Plusieurs problèmes importants ont rendu le séjour inconfortable et ne correspondent pas à ce qui est attendu pour une location. Le logement manque clairement d’entretien : la poubelle est très abîmée et rouillée, certains équipements sont dégradés, et plusieurs interrupteurs ne fonctionnent pas. La table à manger est cassée et inutilisable, il est donc impossible de réellement manger confortablement dans l’appartement. La chambre présente aussi de gros défauts : une fenêtre est cassée et presque impossible à ouvrir (il faut mettre des objets pour bloquer la fenêtre et aérer). Les fenêtres sont des puis de lumière au plafond recouvert seulement de draps qui laissent passer la lumière, donc réveil assuré dès le matin. Les grands puits de lumière au plafond font monter la température à un niveau très élevé : la chaleur devient difficilement supportable, surtout en journée. Impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit correctement car certaines donnent directement sur le jardin du voisin ou côté rue, ce qui enlève toute intimité. Le bruit est également un problème : le logement est proche de l’aéroport et les avions sont clairement audibles. La chambre est aussi directement liée à l’escalier du voisin du dessus : on entend beaucoup la vie quotidienne et on a réellement l’impression de partager le logement avec les voisins. L’extérieur est peu agréable : présence de poubelles visibles, manque de séparation avec les voisins et peu d’intimité. La salle de bain présente également des défauts, notamment une porte en mauvais état qui ferme mal ainsi qu'un lave main en lieu et place d'une vasqye En résumé, le logement présente trop de problèmes d’entretien, de confort et d’intimité pour passer un séjour agréable. Plusieurs réparations et améliorations seraient nécessaires avant de pouvoir le proposer à nouveau à des voyageurs.

Cozy place with thin walls in a nice neighbourhood

The location next to the park and the river are great. Some nice breakfast places close by. Relatively easy to take the bus or tube into town. Practically everything you need is in the apartment.

− One of the bedrooms has thin walls and is beneath the stairs. It can get quite noisy. The bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant sewer smell. The shower regulator is high and the thing to put the shower head in was broken.
