Quirky House in Ipswich
7.0Overall the house was clean with a very quirky layout & nice decor. It was in the perfect location for us. Check-in details were very easy to follow. There's also a Tesco Express within walking distance which was super handy
− There are quite a few steps throughout the property, which made it challenging for our elderly parents—even moving between the living room to the kitchen was a struggle. We prepared breakfast and dinner at the house, but the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. For example, we couldn’t find a toaster, there was only one teaspoon, and just a single pot. We had to rely on the grill, and unfortunately, the oven appeared quite dirty at first glance. The downstairs single bedroom also had no curtains on the window, which was a bit inconvenient. These are all relatively small issues, but they’re worth mentioning for future guests. Would I book it again? Yes—but not if I am travelling with elderly family members.

Spacious house.
8.0The house was lovely. A car parking space too. Nice big back garden. Big table to sit and have dinner around. En-suite bathroom. Very clean.
− Lack of utensils, saucepans. A bodged sofa from previous tenant? I'm guessing. Mattress wasn't the best, very springy.
