10.0Brand new. Everything you need in a condo. Rooftop amenities were AMAZING. Heated pool (outdoor), Jumbotron for relaxing photos and football games on Sunday, bowling, gym, golf simulator.

Was a beautiful place with extremely friendly responsive staff. Place was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint was

− The Fan in the bathroom was VERY loud and could not turn off:-/ The pool/hot-tub was beautiful it the music was VERY loud and couldn’t even relax and read a book because it was so loud. And I talked to others who live there and they agreed with both the bathroom fan and the music. In my opinion it should be a relaxing atmosphere and loud party music is NOT always what people want. The pool had a beautiful fountain sound, what about EVEN having a more quiet time with NO music??! People don’t ALWAYS have to be entertained, they can actually just allow themselves to enjoy the space without the constant music and screen;-) One person who lives there said she does NOT need to see one more image of Brazil or what ever scene show up. Anyway there’s some feedback. To me all the the “hip” stuff took away from an otherwise amazing atmosphere;-)

10.0All brand new furniture and well equipped kitchen. Supermarket is nearby, only 5 min walk you can reach it. And also have a great location, very convenient to downtown.
