10.0Nice, safe and calm neighborhood. There are supermarkets, gyms, park. The building has face-identification entrance and elevator. The apartment is very convenient and compact, fully equipped for life. Hot shower, sofa and bed, furniture arrangement is very good, fast wi-fi, balcony. I really enjoyed my staying. Ademar has fluent english, very friendly young man, we had fast communication, Ademar was always ready for help. He picked me up from the Airport, and transfered to airport when I checked out. thank you for all
