The location was great, and it's a convenient little home. The staff managing the property reply quickly and are very helpful. The maintenance staff are also really helpful. The property itself was clean, and they had provided a few basic amenities, which was handy.

− Our thoughts were that this property needs an upgrade in a lot of areas, the furniture is all old and cheap ikea items, one of the beds in the twin room has a cracked frame and has been bodge "fixed" but will be on its way out. The mattresses on those beds are also uncomfortable. There were a few communication errors, but these were rectified quickly.

Overall we loved our stay and would go back again

It was a 10 minute walk into Southwold so didn’t need to drive and park

− Directions need to be amended as Bowls Club not there anymore. Also directions to back garden need to be clearer as entrance behind garage. Also only 2 garden seats for 4 people. Soft furnishings need replacing as tatty

Great location. Nice to be slightly out of Southwold but only 10mins walk. Good base for other areas too plus easy parking. Nice garden to sit in the evening

− The property is a little "tired". Everywhere could do with a lick of paint. Bathrooms and showers are dated. Not easy for 4 people to sit in lounge comfortably as only ikea chairs, which are comfy but only 3. Sofa is a small shallow sofa bed. All upholstery and cushions could do with a steam clean which would make abig difference. We couldn't find any baking trays in the kitchen unless we missed them!
