− Leider nur eine Klimaanlage für die ganze Wohnung. Im Bad nur eine Steckdose, in der die Klimaanlage eingesteckt war. Auf der Terrasse (Westseite) wäre noch ein Sonnenschutz/-rollo wünschenswert. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln.
