− The house is very poorly maintained and kept in a state of disrepair. Chairs are broken, sofa at TV area is lacking cushions, sink at second toilet is leaking, toilet in first bathroom is DIRTY (spider nest everywhere) and the toilet cabinet has rotted away. The place was also extremely dusty and I was sneezing non stop during my entire stay there. Lastly, the water heater in the bathroom had the fault line indicator on. It's dangerous as someone might get electrocuted from it. The owner of this place does not seem to care about the unit and is just using the place to make money. Stay away from this place, there are other units in the same area that offer far better value for money.

7.02 toilet but only 1 toilet got hot water 3 room but only 2 rooms got aircond the rest is okay.
