2.0Private bathroom in the room we were allocated
− It wasn’t where I had booked and didn’t know the original booking was out of bounds until I turned up and had to call the number. I was then sent a text with an address to a different property. The “manager” who eventually showed up at new location was wearing a dirty/stained t-shirt. Grubby everywhere, communal kitchen was today but dirty, the place was so noisy with doors banging and people running up and down the stairs constantly. The building smelled of “weed”. The room … well … our sheets were either stained or dirty so I had to go buy additional bed sheets to put over and sleep in. the walls in our room were holed and grubby, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock or stay closed. The shower door was missing a handle Not an appropriate place to put a single female travelling with her young teenage daughter

− Disgustingly filthy, mouldy walls, dirty bedding, pools of urine on bathroom floor! It was that bad we didn't stay more than 5 minutes

8.0My room got upgraded on arrival to onsuite, the room was lovely, worth the money
− Went into the draw put my clothes in only to find a crack pipe, and men's underwear lol hope they dont think the pipe is mine !!!

You get what you pay for but would have been nice to have hot water!!

− No hot water for shower and only had coffee.. no milk, sugar or tea! Extremely loud music early morning 6am from another resident in room next door
