Velmi pěkný apartmán.

Prostorný přízemní apartmán v klidné lokalitě s výhledem na malý kanál. Apartmán plně vybavený, čistý. Dvě ložnice s manželskou postelí mají střešní okna. Obývací prostor s kuchyní má výhled na malý kanál, kuchyně plně vybavená (kávovar, varná konvice, mikrovlnná trouba, pračka, velká lednice). Připojení wifi v celém apartmánu. V blízkém okolí plno restaurací s vynikajícím jídlem. Obchod s potravinami cca 5 min., Náměstí Sv. Marka vzdáleno cca 35 minut pěšky, stanice vaporeta 5 min. Klíče byli připravené ve schránce na klíče. Komunikace s pronajímateli přes whatsapp byla bez problémů, vždy rychle odpověděli na dotazy. Před začátkem pobytu nám poslali brožuru se základními informacemi, včetně fotografií vstupu do apartmánu, což nám pomohlo ubytování dobře nalézt. Při pobytu jsme řešili nedostatek teplé vody, po našem dotazu nám bylo posláno video jak si zapnout ohřev teplé vody a pak již bylo vše v pořádku. Děkujeme.

Plašs, kluss un stilīgs dzīvoklis ar daudzveidīgu apgaismojumu. Dzīvoklī ir 2 guļamistabas ar plašām gultām, šajā istabās ir atverami jumta logi. Dzīvokļa virtuves- dzīvojamās istabas daļa atrodas pie skaista un klusa kanāla. Virtuvē ir viss nepieciešamais ēdiena gatavošanai (pat olīveļļa un garšvielas) un arī Nespresso kafijas aparāts. Dzīvoklis atrodas slēgtā, zaļā teritorijā, kurā atrodas vēl citi dzīvokļi, teritorijā ierīkotas arī pasēdēšanas vietas. Iespēja šķirot atkritumus. Tuvumā ļoti labs liels veikals, kurā var iegādāties visu nepieciešamo. Labs rajons, tuvumā ir vēsturiskais ebreju rajons un daudz labu kafejnīcu un restorānu.

− Dzīvoklī nedarbojās wifi un līdz ar to arī tv, bet par to mēs tikai brīdināti vienu dienu pirms ierašanās. Dzīvoklī maz elektrības kontaktu, lai varētu uzlādēt uzreiz 4 telefonus un poverbankas. Tā kā dzīvoklis ir pie kanāla, tad ir arī sīki odi un noteikti jālieto pretodu ierīces (dzīvoklī bija pieejama tikai 1 šāda ierīce). Ilgi jāgaida, lai pirmajam, kas iet dušā, būtu siltais ūdens, bet tam var pielāgoties. Vienā no istabām uz grīdas parādījās sīkas skudras, bet dzīvoklī bija pieejams efektīgs līdzeklis, lai to novērstu.

Location, kitchen, comfy beds and pillows.

− Hot water is not stable, sometimes you have to take a cold shower (even though nobody took a shower before and didn’t use the hot water). Also, don’t expect the air conditioning to be as efficient as you have in the hotels or shops / at home, it’s not possible to reach a comfortable temperature inside (20-21 degrees) if it’s around 30 degrees outside.

apartment has a very nice shared garden air conditioning when we arrived we could not get wifi, or turn on the cooker - Alice helped us immediately instructions to find the apartment were a bit vague but we managed the washing machine worked very well and was useful to us

− the main problem for us was not enough hot water for 4 adults to have quick showers once a day have to wait 15-20 minutes between each shower and even then that's not enough we did have cold showers or have the water turn cold halfway - this happened repeatedly Alice did try to help us, she sent someone to fix it, but it was never fully resolved when I asked her to consider a partial refund she told me that this issue affects many Venetian homes garbage bins have broken lids, this is easy to fix but was not done guests have to handle the lids whenever you use the garbage bin as foot pedal doesn't work

Perfekt, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem war alles gut erreichbar.

Die Lage ist super. An einem kleinen Kanal, ohne dass jemand direkt am Zimmer vorbeigeht. Sehr ruhig, Trotzdem zwischen zwei lebhafte Kanälen und nicht weit von der Hauptstrasse weg. Die Einrichtung war gut und sauber.

− Nur der Garten war nicht zum Sitzen, weil er nie gereinigt wurde und immer Blüten, Blätter etc auf den Stühlen gelegen sind. Aber das war auch nicht wirklich wichtig für uns. Und es wäre eigentlich ein netter Platz.

Very attractive property, but the second bedroom is very small and filled by a large double bed - no room for suitcases!
