8.0Location and owner was great. Old charm home and very clean
− No shades or blinds in the windows. Alot of neighbors. Twin beds were great but the queen beds were uncomfortable. Also needs more hooks in the bathroom for towels.
I love Hampton beach and we still had fun despite the place we stayed.
3.0It was clean and not too far from the beach.
− No blinds in the entire place,no bath mats, bedroom door wouldn’t close or lock, watered down hand soap’s,no extra trash bags,nail sticking out in kitchen threshold, dirty clothes left on back porch, squeaky bathroom door upstairs, some of the dining room furniture smells like mold and my daughter fell right through the chair in dining room and she only weighs 110. I am sad I spent this much on this place.

10.0This place was perfect for our family. It was clean, and so close to the beach, but hidden away 😊 The hosts were quick to reply to anything I needed. My only regret is we didn't stay longer!
