Even though there were some some problems during stay, hotel managers and staff quickly solved all the problems and upgraded our room for free!🔥 Thanks for incredible stay!

10.0Our recent stay at Dreamland Golf Hotel was truly wonderful, and we left with such warm memories. From the moment we arrived, the Front Office team made us feel genuinely welcome. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and prompt service were exceptional. A special thank you to the Front Office Manager for the thoughtful surprise of upgrading us to a suite and for having a baby cot already arranged in our room without us even needing to ask. As parents traveling with a toddler, these thoughtful touches meant so much and made us feel instantly at home. I would also like to give special recognition to Rustam from the breakfast team. He quickly became my son's favorite person at breakfast! His kindness, patience, and genuine care were truly heartwarming. He played with my toddler, happily held him whenever he became restless, and allowed us to enjoy our breakfast in peace. It wasn't just great service—it was sincere hospitality, and it's something we will always remember. Thank you to everyone at Dreamland Golf Hotel for making our family feel so cared for. It is the people who create unforgettable experiences, and your team certainly did. We look forward to returning again soon.
