geweldige lokatie met uitzicht op de zee vanop terras groot terras + lounge, tafel, ligbed vlakbij boulevard met sportvelden, fitnesstoestellen, skatepark, kade , natuurlijke zwembaden( snorkelen) vlakbij supermarkt, restaurants prachtige zonsondergang

− eigenlijk niks, buiten dat op terras 2de luifel stuk was, maar er was er nog 1, geen licht op terras

Apartmán je velmi prostorný, na dobrém místě, krásná terasa, dostatečně vybavená kuchyň, dvě koupelny s WC.

− Hodně měkké matrace, jen upozornění, apartmán je ve druhém patře bez výtahu - nám to nevadilo :)

Die große Terrasse und die Aussicht. Nähe zu Geschäften und zum Meer. Die hübschen Zimmer, die Ventilatoren und das Klimagerät

− Es fehlten die angekündigten Körperpflegeprodukte komplett. Das ist blöd wenn man sich darauf verlässt und nicht einmal Seife da ist Einiges ist kaputt (Vorhänge, Markise, es tropft Wasser in eine der Schubladen am Waschbecken, der Herd funktioniert nicht richtig) oder fehlt in der Küche. Das macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter mehr als schwierig. Am besten in die Apotheke gehen, die ihm gehört und dort mach allem fragen.

Spacious apartment with terrace and sea view

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment for 5 people. The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view, perfect for breakfast or evening sitting. The kitchen was well equipped, with enough dishes and kitchenware for 5 people, and there was also comfortable seating for everyone. Parking was on the street, but we always managed to find a place without any problem. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to the town beach, the sea, and the SuperDino supermarket.

− A few small things could be improved. All bedroom windows face a busy street, so it may not be the best choice for guests who need complete silence at night. In the bedroom with the private bathroom, the double bed mattress was very soft, and when one person moved, the whole bed moved as well, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. On the double beds, there was only one large shared duvet prepared, which was not ideal for a group of friends. We would also appreciate better communication with the owner, as replies on WhatsApp were often quite slow or sometimes missing. Some basic information about the apartment would also be helpful, for example how to manage the rubbish, how to use the fans (as there is no air conditioning), and some practical information about the town of Alcalá.
