8.0Nice location, very handy for Bluewater, Emma was a lovely host, had everything needed for short cosey stay. :)
− Bed seemd like a small double, was too small for 2 people to be comefy on with feet over hanging the cold wooden edge on, ended up using the sofa bed second night which was more comfier.

− The lady that runs this is lovely... helps us out at 11 45 pm with a last-minute booking. As a property we originally had booked so horrible. I think we woke her up, sorry x The location is beautiful and secure, secure parking for your car 😍 not to much of a drive to London central. It was very clean and comfortable, would defo come back x

10.0Quiet setting. Private and perfect location. Everything you need. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, small but well equipped kitchen area. Small bathroom but a nice big shower.

− Bathroom seemed to have a slight whiff. But was fine with that door shut and a bit of bleach.
