9.0De tuin! En ook de perfecte ligging. Dichtbij een supermarkt, bakker en slager, maar ook de perfecte ligging voor een bezoek aan de Biënnale.

We loved it. The host was wonderful. She was very sweet and we would recommend it to anyone.
9.0We enjoyed the location near vehicle, Rivaldi with its excellent cafés and restaurants, and it’s removed enough from Central Venice that it felt like being in a neighborhood a quieter part of the city we loved being on the canal as well
− No complaints at all really with maybe one exception of your need to replace the table and chairs in the back garden with something a little more interesting maybe like teak-wood or something,.. anyway, we’ve very much enjoyed our stay. Everything looked great.

Easy accessed and comfortable, recommend this apartment.
10.0Located right next to a cafe/wine bar for breakfast and evening snacks. Waiter spoke great English making it easy for us. Location was very quiet, though entering off the street, the apartment was back off a quiet "rural" canal. Had a back garden with a small table and chairs. It was also conveniently near a water taxi/airport pickup stop (Arsenale).
