Disappointing and rather expensive

Decent location

− Ridiculously hot and the air conditioning unit did not cool the room at all. We were unable to sleep either night and had a difficult trip as a result. On the first night, there was also a homeless lady on the staircase and there was a lot of commotion late at night when she was eventually removed. On top of it being so hot, that was a very unnerving experience and added to the frustration of staying there.

− ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE L'appartamento è una piccola stanza stanza al terzo piano, con minuscole scale e uscita di sicurezza inesistenti. Il pavimento spancia al centro della stanza, è poco sicuro! La temperatura era oltre i 35 gradi centigradi e il piccolo condizionatore portatile non funzionava. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un'altro alloggio, non abbiamo fatto nessuna delle 3 notti prenotate e pagate. Sarebbe da denunciare. E' la prima volta che faccio una recensione così negativa, ma effettivamente questo alloggio sarebbe da chiudere.

− Despite several attempts to raise the issue during our stay, hot water was never restored in the apartment. When I followed up with a formal complaint after returning home, the owner initially responded helpfully, but then stopped replying altogether, and no compensation was ever provided. As a result, we had to escalate the matter to Booking.com for resolution. Given the lack of a proper response, I’m unable to recommend this accommodation and would not choose to stay here again.

Great little gem for visiting Olympia Exhibition Centre

Short walk to Shepherd's Bush Station and Shepherd's Bush Market Station, plenty of shops on the road, fairly priced, good sized, easy to check in, and speedy WiFi.

− Shower drain needs unclogging, foot-end of the bedframe is damaged so be careful not to scratch yourself.

Nous sommes ravis de notre choix, étions en famille avec deux ados, en visite pour 4 jours.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Londres, proche des transports, de nombreux resto en a deux pas, un Lidl… très propre, facilité d’arrivée et départ. Hôte réactif. Lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux, grille pain… bref bien équipé et un décor un peu penché qui nous a fait rire.

− La literie est moyenne et mériterait d’être changée, surtout pour les lits superposés. Même pour le poids d’enfant, on sent les lattes à travers le matelas. Le studio est au dernier étage, ce n’est pas un souci pour les grands mais peut l’être pour des petits ou personnes moins sportives. Pour le reste impeccable, il ne manque rien à part une chaise ou un tabouret qui permettrait de manger à 4.

Dichtbij metro station, accommodatie ligt tussen 2 stations in. En accommodatie is voorzien van keuken met veel voorzieningen en een eigen badkamer.

− De matrassen en kussens zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Onze dochter sliep op het stapelbed maar had de 2 matrassen op elkaar gelegd voor meer comfort. Het matras van het 2-persoonsbed was slecht. Hier hebben we direct melding van gemaakt bij de eigenaar maar daar is niets aan gedaan. Verder moesten we herhaaldelijk vragen (en bellen) om schone handdoeken. Je mag toch verwachten dat als je 6 nachten blijft, je ook voldoende handdoeken krijgt (ipv 4 waarvan 1 niet heel schoon). Eigenaar reageerde ook slecht op apps. Misschien is het ook goed om te melden dat je voor flat 3 veel trappen op moet en dus moeilijk bereikbaar voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
