A Comfortable and Charming Place
9.0A charming place with extremely courteous staff. When out on a safari it can be tiring. They seem to know that and had accurate support planned well in advance - meals, refreshments, blankets etc. Similarly the bonfire and snacks experience was on point. Livening things up. Spa appeared expensive and the room could have been warmer. However the discount offered made it all worthwhile. The staff at the hotel is extremely supportive, prompt and courteous. All in all a great experience.
