3.0The property was not cleaned since the last occupancy. I contacted the property manager to let them know and they said that it would be cleaned and ready when we returned from our event. Not so. There was a hamper with new linen and towels on the porch with no explanation. We changed the sheets and made do but this response was Not satisfactory.

Nice place for bass fishing crew.
10.0Good parking for 3 bass boat rigs. Safe area, well stocked with cooking utensils, and grill.
− Needs more lighting under parking shed. But not that big of problem.
Fishing Cabin - Definitely USE AGAIN!
10.0Not only was it easy to access, I had plenty of information to get into gated community and find the cabin. The Cabin, although it states fishing getaway, it had the female touches which I appreciated. Plenty of glasses, cups and utensils, makeup wash cloth, extra blankets and trash bag/dishwasher pods all at my finger tips. The main bed was full/queen(?) but very comfortable and there is 4 full size beds upstairs(wow). Front porch had chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. AC was fantastic. Parking was good.
− No curtains on back door or kitchen window. Not much to put here as these hosts really are considerate on what is needed!
