I was not happy, my entire group was unhappy. This hotel expects traveller to drink tap water.
1.0They are not clean, they won’t come to clean your room. They do not have any intercom to contact them easily. They will not provide you towels if you are a group traveller. They will give you 2 only even if you have booked for 8 people. No water will be given, instead they will give you tap water. No toiletries were given.
− No lift! No bottle water! No toiletries! No connectivity! Not a good location, it’s filthy, it was stinking.

9.0The staff and the facilities provided by them are very good . Hygiene is maintained at the property. The best part is it is located very close to the Mahakaleshwar temple (10 mins by Walking)
