Asks for a tax to be paid in cash (not indicated on booking), lies : say that left in poor condition

− When we arrived, it was difficult to find the entrance. We didn't receive information. We only had 3 towels for accommodation booked for 4, and we had to wait 2 days to get the missing towel. The person sleeping in the living room can't sleep because it's daylight at 5am and there are no shutters! In the middle of our stay, we were asked to pay 800czk in cash. This is not indicated anywhere on booking. This was not specified before the stay in order to provide cash. We only had 100czk and no time to withdraw money before our departure. We left them, without receiving an invoice in return. We indicated that we could pay the remaining 700 czk by bank transfer once in France, with an invoice. But we didn't get an answer. But I have received a complaint email from booking. The establishment complains that I didn't pay this tax, and that the accommodation was left in an excessively dirty state, which led to complications with the refurbishment. THIS IS A LIE. We only slept and had breakfasts every day, only the dishes used that very morning, washed but left on the drainer to dry were not put away, but that does not represent the words “excessive dirt” and the kitchen trash we did not empty, not knowing where to throw it. During the stay we had moved the cradle which prevented access to the bed, but we put it back in place before we left.
