En kombination av att känna sig hemma och på ett museum och med väldigt fin service. Bekväma rum och god mat. Värdefulla samtal med den fantastiska Pierre som delar med sig av sin djupa kunskap om sin samling. Nyanza är en destination i sig själv med detta boende/museum, palatsen, museerna, promenader - men kan även vara ett lämpligt stopp på vägen mellan Kigali och Huye eller Nyungwe.

Une très belle découverte lors de notre séjour au Rwanda. Pierre est un hôte formidable, en plus d'être le conservateur d'un petit musée indépendant. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner que nous y avons pris étaient excellents, servis dans un cadre exceptionnel. C'est une étape incontournable pour qui souhaite en apprendre davantage sur l'histoire de l'art du continent.

Een unieke plek om te verblijven. De kamer in comfortabel en geeft toegang tot de museumzalen met mooie oudheidkundige stukken uit Afrika. De familie verblijft ook in het grote huis waardoor het een pretiige intimiteit biedt. Het eten wordt vers bereid en is heerlijk. De eigenaar van het museum en huis/ hotel is bereid om door de museumzalen je te begeleiden en uitleg te geven over de stukken. Heel bijzonder. Een echte aanrader om een nacht te verblijven.
