9.0Apartamento muito bem localizado, a 10 passos da Rua do Lazer, com limpeza perfeita e roupas de cama/toalhas "cheirosas". Foi engraçado pegar as chaves de entrada no Posto da PM que fica ao lado do apto.
− Um pouco de barulho da rua e bares próximos à noite. Estava bem frio e uma água quente na pia do banheiro seria bem-vinda.
