釧路川沿い、幣舞橋を望む絶好のロケーション
9.0最上階にある温泉から出ると、いろいろな味のアイスキャンディー、アイスクリームが無料提供されてるんですが、朝風呂に入るとこれが乳酸菌飲料になっていたり。毎晩9時半からはロビー横の食堂で〝夜鳴きラーメン〟が振る舞われていたり。こうしたエクストラの気の利いたサービスが嬉しい宿でした。
− ７月上旬に上階の和洋室に二泊しました。良くなかったとまでは言いませんが、お部屋の造作は若干チープ。あと敷地内駐車場が小さいので、毎度、提携駐車場に停めるのがプチストレスでした（近いですが）。もう一つ。これはホテルのせいではありませんが、この時期の釧路は毎日霧がすごいのですね。「世界三大夕日」を楽しみに上階のリバービューの部屋を取りましたが、濃霧で夕日は二日とも全く見えませんでした笑。

8.0部屋の広さ、洗面台がユニットバスと別だったこと。 朝食、夜鳴きそばが美味しかった。 温泉も良かった。
− 駐車場収容台数が少ない。2泊とも敷地外駐車場でした。予約不要ではなく、予約制にしてほしかった。
