10.0Great location. Quiet. Lots of room.
− Couch not great but that’s not why we came to Arizona. Couldn’t get the gas grill to work but had everything I needed for the small charcoal grill. I loved that it was pet friendly but the yard is not completely enclosed.

Williams Stay
8.0The house was very spacious and clean. It had all amenities needed for our stay. Location is quite good too for Route 66 stay and Grand Canyon.
− We arrived quite late at night and no lights were on. The area is quite creepy at night time. All the doors had been left open (back door, garden door, and some windows left unlocked. The sofa is run down and needs changed. The beds are really creaky and there was no hot water for all of us to shower in the morning.
