Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The property is nice and very modern. It is centrally located in a great area with shopping. They had good wifi and although they didn't have parking, we were always able to find something nearby. The things I didnt love were that check-in was done remotely and I didnt know that until we arrived nor were instructions sent to me so we had to call their management company. Part my fault for not reaching out before we arrived but they should have proactively sent it. That didnt take long and the instructions had the name of a local person we could call however he never checked in with us. Keys were handled in 2 lock boxes and while this is standard in a lot of places there were spare keys to our unit and the unit next door to ours in our lock box as well. I dont think it should have been that way and that concerned me about who had access to keys to our unit. In the unit next door, there were guests there (young girls) so from a safety standpoint I didnt love that for them either. Lastly, the unit was generally clean except in the couch cushion, we found someone elses swim trunks. I wouldnt have minded having an additional shower towel for a 4 day stay per person but it just wasnt worth calling the local guy to track one down. I liked Levante Suites because its a nice suite in a great location and would stay again especially if I could be guaranteed that safety would not be an issue.
