novelty for the night
7.0first time in a tiny home so it was a novelty for us. It was quaint and served its purpose. It was comfortable.
− The hot water wasn’t working in our unit. The property mgr gave us access to the unit next door so we could shower so that was good. Bring your own ice. There was one mini ice tray in the freezer which isn’t enough to make more than one drink. Bring a sponge to wash your dishes.
Horrible, overpriced
1.0Nasty, dirty, unwelcoming. Hard to believe that someone would provide a place like this for guests.
− Very unwelcoming. Pitch dark, luckily we had a flashlight in the car so we could find the tiny house. It was ice cold , not clean, nasty evidence of previous guests, no proper bedding for cold temperatures. I have taken pictures of the dirty bed sheets, trash under bed, a greasy microwave in a bedroom cabinet, dirt in every corner. Stains on pillows, I could go on. Total failure that place. None of the provided phone numbers worked. Worst place I have ever stayed in my entire travel career. I actually want my money back.
Was glad to leave and get back to Perry. Near the people we were visiting.
6.0No breakfast noplace to go
− A mirror a clock and towel rack would be nice. That is what my wife says.
I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 3 adults, we had 4.
7.0Location was good.
− Could have used a shelf in shower. You got water everywhere trying to get to soap and shampoo. There also needs to be a towel hook in the bathroom.
