Terrible apartments. I do not recommend dealing with them to anyone.

− The worst apartments in Hurghada. The owner is completely inadequate and absolutely unwilling to solve any problems. We booked an apartment for two adults and one teenage child. In reality, there was no sleeping place for the child at all, and no bed linen was provided. The sofa did not unfold, was extremely dirty, and there was no bedding for it either. We called and messaged the owner many times. He only kept saying that he did not understand anything and that he did not speak English. We asked our Arabic-speaking friends to call him, and he replied that it was not his problem and that we should deal with Booking. There was no hot water. The apartment was extremely dirty. We had to wipe the sofa with wet wipes so that our child could at least lie down and somehow sleep for the night, as we arrived late at night. Dirty cleaning rags left behind by the cleaner were still in the room. From the beginning, we clearly stated that we needed three sleeping places, but in reality there were only two. The owner refused to resolve the issue in any way and simply stopped answering calls. We were forced to look for another place to stay and, thankfully, we found one. However, we lost a day of our vacation and a lot of nerves. Despite all this, the owner was so irresponsible that he did not even bother to come and still refuses to refund the money. I strongly do not recommend these apartments to anyone and advise everyone to avoid dealing with this dishonest owner.
