I have stayed there before. Love the location and facilities!
9.0The location. It’s spacious.
− Due to the size I imagine it consumes a lot of energy to keep the place warm. I’d have the air con on all day if I could.

9.0Location was fantastic So close to the shops and restaurants:)
Cozy and close
8.0Cozy retreat for a couple. Proximity to Leura village, easy walk.
− Bed was not comfortable. Two single beds joined together with an uncomfortable joint down the centre / edge of two mattresses.

7.0Close to village
− Lights in kitchen only half work, no tea towel to dry dishes ,we had 1, 5 day stay with only 3 towels and no room service

10.0The property was beautiful and cosy, great distance to the town centre and very quiet. Would highly recommend. Many thanks. x
Not worth the money. Owners need to step up and fix issues and
2.0We booked unit 1- the property on first impression was beautiful and close to town
− The property’s heating was completely inadequate for a house of this size. I note there was a similar complaint made in May 2026, yet the issue appears to remain unresolved. The central heating was disabled, there were no electric blankets, no additional blankets available, and only a single air-conditioning unit located in the kitchen area—which is of little use when the rest of the property remains uncomfortably cold. To make matters worse, I spent approximately four hours dealing with property management, (located in QLD BTW) being repeatedly asked to provide photos and videos before eventually being advised that the heating could not be repaired and that it was too late to arrange any alternative solution. This was unacceptable, particularly given the weather conditions. During the night, we were also woken at approximately 3:00 am by possums fighting in the roof cavity. The noise was so severe that we genuinely thought they were going to come through the ceiling. I also received a message from Serain advising that it was a “heatwave” and recommending that the air-conditioning not be set above 23 degrees. Frankly, I found this baffling. It is winter in the Blue Mountains, and overnight temperatures dropped to around 3 degrees. The property was simply not warm enough to be comfortably occupied. For a property charging $542 per night, plus a $300 bond, I expected a far better standard of accommodation and guest amenities. Providing a single UHT skim milk and a few Maxwell House coffee sachets is disappointing at this price point. A basic pod coffee machine would be a minimal expectation. Overall, the experience was extremely underwhelming. The property was so cold that we were forced to leave and find somewhere else to spend time and have a meal simply to warm.
