Zentrale Lage, hohe Räume, Milch & Biscuits , schöne Dusche, nette Kommunikation mit Vermieterin Jasmin, die man aber nie zu Gesicht bekam.

− Kein " stunning seaview", Blick auf Parkplatz, winziges bedrroom - nur Bett & Kleiderstange, alle Fenster mit Möwengacke ( kann man auch nicht entfernen, ds sich Fenster nur tw.öffnen lassen), feuchte Wände z.T. - Mauer bröckrlt ab in Küche, checkout time 10am sehr früh, insgesamt viel zu teuer für das Objekt. Ursorünglich nur 1kl.+ 1 gr.Handtuch für 7 (!) Nächte, Vermieterin brachte noch 1 gr. pro Person vorbei.

Very clean. Good location for us

− No cupboard for clothes. E.g.under wear. Curtain needed at long window as caused a glare on tv

A good welcoming touch to have teabags, milk and biscuits to arrive to - thank you! Really liked your useful range of kitchen equipment; central location and excellent view. Also appreciated your light-filled decor with its good choice of attractive but functional furniture, the layout & the internal hallway. Thank you for responding promptly to messages.

− Would it help to have washable cushion covers? Suggest replacing the 2 chipped plates, & the small low metal table with the loose glass top with a small counter-height space on which to safely place and plug in the kettle.

Schöne Wohnung im etwas runtergekommenen Haus

Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt, fußläufig zu allem und dennoch sehr leise. Easy check in via Schlüsselbox. Alles sauber und vor allem das Bad ist sehr schön. In der Küche gibt es auch alles was man braucht.

− Was uns etwas schockiert hat war das Haus selbst. Von außen nicht unbedingt so das man reingehen will. Auch in der Wohnung ist die ganze Bausubstanz etwas fragwürdig. Die Wände wirken teilweise etwas feucht und der Putz bröckelt ab und landet auf dem Sofa. Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung aber meiner Meinung nach hätte das Haus erstmal saniert werden müssen.

Penzance is een heel leuk plaatsje met ook genoeg te doen er om heen.

Goeie ligging tov het station en het stadje. Rustig appartement. Goede instructies vooraf.

− Het uitzicht was minder dan we ons hadden voorgesteld. De slaapkamer aan de kleine kant. Je kon maar aan 1 kant het bed instappen.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Parking turned out easier than we first experienced. The instructions to enter were clear. The view was nice of St. Michael's Mount. A tree now partially covers it. Unfortunately, the weather was poor during our stay so the town lacked any feel of vibrancy. Perhaps that is why we have trouble calling this apartment stunning.

− There is no storage for personal items per say other than a portable coat rack. The apartment is in a very old building which is in need of updating. Furnishings in the apartment are random.Windows for the store on the main floor were boarded up obviously due to a break-in.
