Problemas con el pago que afectan la experiencia
3.0− He utilizado Booking por todo el mundo y, aunque no suelo dejar comentarios, en este caso considero importante hacerlo. La cabaña es agradable, básica pero con lo necesario, y con unas vistas muy bonitas. Lo que resultó frustrante fue la forma de pago, que me hizo perder varias horas del poco tiempo que tenía en Puerto Natales. El pago no se realizaba a través de Booking, sino directamente en el alojamiento, lo cual no sería un problema en sí. Sin embargo, al llegar nos informaron de que no disponían de datáfono. Aunque esta información aparecía en la descripción, estaba poco visible entre otros detalles que normalmente pasan desapercibidos. Las únicas opciones que nos ofrecieron fueron pagar en dólares (a un tipo de cambio poco favorable para el cliente) o mediante PayPal, que no tenía instalado y que no pude configurar en ese momento. La sensación final fue de haber perdido horas resolviendo una situación que, en mi opinión, debería estar mejor gestionada por el alojamiento y no era responsabilidad nuestra. Dejo este comentario con la intención de que futuros huéspedes puedan tenerlo en cuenta y evitar inconvenientes similares.
The property owners were very responsive to the WiFi issues and did their best to mitigate the problem.
7.0Nice modern cabin with beautiful picturesque windows. The shoreline birds were always around, this feature not available in town. It is a short drive to restaurants and stores in town.

10.0The host, Lorina was friendly and helpful. Well equipped comfortable cabañas. Easy parking, but not right outside the cabaña. You must walk along a wooden pasarela to reach your cabaña. The cabañas are in a convenient location in a field across from the Shell gas station on Rta 9 outside Puerto Natales. Each one has beautiful views of mountains across an open field. This is a great value for the price.
